🌿 What You’ll Experience

Discover the countryside near Puerto Jiménez on horseback, beginning at Osa Green Paradise in Cañaza. After a safety briefing and horse assignment, ride at a comfortable, controlled pace through a varied tropical landscape shaped by rivers, rainforest and generations of rural life.

The route uses sections of quiet public road, river habitat and private properties where passage is authorized. Depending on the option selected, you may ride through former agricultural and cattle farms—some now regenerating naturally—primary forest and open countryside before reaching a scenic viewpoint. An optional river swim offers time to cool off when weather and water conditions are suitable.

The half-day route continues deeper toward primary rainforest near the boundary of Corcovado National Park, without entering the protected park.
