Start your two-day Corcovado adventure with an early 4:45 a.m. boat departure from Sierpe. After a brief stop in Drake Bay, continue by boat for about 90 minutes to Sirena Station. Upon arrival, you’ll disembark on the beach, put on your shoes, and walk to the ranger station to leave larger bags before beginning the first guided hike.
Explore the rainforestâs rich biodiversityâoften spotting monkeys, tapirs, or peccariesâbefore returning at 11:00 a.m. for lunch. After a two-hour rest, the group sets out again for a second hike, returning to the station by 5:30 p.m. Dinner is served at 6:00 p.m., and you’ll spend the night inside the park.
On day two, the day begins at 5:00 a.m. with a sunrise wildlife walk. Breakfast is served at 6:30 a.m., followed by a final short hike. After returning, the group prepares for departure. The boat leaves Sirena at 12:30 p.m., arriving in Drake Bay in time to catch the 2:30 p.m. colectivo, returning to Sierpe around 3:30 p.m.
This tour is ideal for travelers seeking an immersive and time-efficient experience in one of the most biologically intense places on Earth.
